2026 NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION : PREPARATION TO BE A SNOWBIRD

This morning, someone was about to book a 90 min pse session and canceled once i remind him of my new price of 800 instead of 750 for 90 min.

That is fine, i know budget can be tight prior to Christmas and New Year.

I knew i could have improved the business by giving discount like i did before. But I am lazy this time.

Honestly, my mind is more preoccupied at the moment thinking of a creating an ideal life i have dreamed of since i was young: happy, fulfilling life with a compatible partner in a beautiful, Sunny place with temperate climate with ponds, forests and flowers and hills...lakes and mountains.... and ocean.

Yes, with a partner! I always had a boyfriend when I was younger but now i have a hard time finding one, because the good ones are taken. Seriously, they are taken.

Now, i don't have choice but to prepare myself to be truly independent woman, living by myself happily and comfortably.

I am getting older too. I am switching my focus more into stock trading right now, it is the easiest and the quickest one to make money, at least in my case.

Building assets through properties take more time and i am tired of dealing with contractors who tend to underestimate and use me to their advantages by giving higher quote with substandard quality.

Being an escort is always an option and i like doing it because it keeps me active, occupied and i do pay more attention to my look, beauty and health too while doing it. All is good although it carries certain risks and drawbacks but the risks are minimal compared to the benefits, at least in my case.

Therefore, my plan next year is no more buying properties, instead i have to finish 4 property investment projects, 2 in Canada and 2 overseas.

Except one:

I am also looking to buy an apartment in a sunny city with temperate climate to spend my winter outside Canada.

Latin America, South East Asia and the Mediterranean countries as well as South Africa are some options.

How do i do that?

Well, hopefully my income from trading will cover all these expenses. I am aiming for 7 figures profit taking instead of 6 figures by now. I am more skilled after years of doing it, to the point, i am thinking of a creating a book titled "Trading for Dummies" for beginners who are interested in investing their money in stocks.
