I have been busy property's hunting since yesterday with zero result.
It is obvious that i am not the only investor who is eager to seize the downward price of property market in GTA.
The excellent ones that i wanted to make an offer for, have been sold over asking price with multiple offers.
I am not going to join bidding wars, especially when there are more than 3 bidders.
This afternoon, will be my last day of house hunting before returning to work as Allie Zeon tonight.
Besides house hunting, i have invested heavily on one particular stock and once i did that, within hours the stock's price starts to decline.
Its fundamental is still strong and there is no obvious bad news that triggers the downturn.
I know there are some "institutional investors" who have much more buying power than me and they literally and intentionally pressure the stock down so i am forced to sell my stocks much lower than what i bought them for.
Not only that, my X account has been reported yesterday and as always, i have to complain to X in order to restore my account back to normal.
And to make matters worse, I have lots of calls and texts on my phone trying to fake book me or screw up my schedule.
Life is full of competition indeed, from escorting to trading to property investment to onlyfans.
I am well aware and used to it.
