PRODUCTIVE DAY PART 3

Markham, June 4 2026

I worked so hard to hunt for an investment property around GTA for 4 straight days and finally i have found 2 strong candidates:

1 in Kitchener and 1 in Niagara region.

I made an offer last night and let's see whether it's accepted or not by the seller.

I have been doing property investment for so many years with a great result.

I can spot great properties with great potential but i am also aware that i have to compete with other investors.

Today, i am going to chill in Markham enjoying my favorite dim sum with occasional naughty sessions with my regular GTA clients in between.

I will be finishing my Canada's Spring and Summer tour on July 13 and heading back to my acreage to finish 2 renos for about a month or so, enjoying the Summer of Alberta and be back to be a country girl again.

I will be active posting my day to day activities on my onlyfans.

This is my life. I am exhausted yet happy. I feel that i am leading to the right direction for a better future and i am glad to share it with all of you.

I'm meant to be an independent empress with my own, little kingdom...i guess:)
