I have a busy morning and this afternoon I will start my journey to Etobicoke by the airport and will be there for 5 nights till June 5th morning.
Yesterday, my friend who has helped me with renos (if you read this, thank you!) gave me a great news that one of my investment properties has been inspected and there is no structural flaws of the house and with the right renovation, it can be sold with a good profit, thanks to its prime location.
This is a great news since i had few bad experiences with irresponsible "handy men" in the past who pretty much stole my money and ran away with it before the reno finished.
This is the saddest part of my life indeed that these men seem to know who i am and saw me as an easy target with the intention of getting as much money from me as possible. I hate greediness. I almost wanted to bring them to court but finally i decided to just forgive them and let them go with my money.
I knew one of them needed lot of cash for his children's education.
Anyway, that was almost 4 years ago
After being neglected for awhile and now, I am excited to start the reno again for this particular property.
I am happy with the news and as a result, my onlyfans's fans get a big free gift from me this weekend
