THE ENTERPRENEUR IN ME

It's sunny in Brandon and loving it:)

I have been working super hard for few days searching for a property.

If i were a realtor, i will be a top notch realtor...seriously.

I have dealt with so many realtors in GTA, New Brunswick, PEI, BC and Alberta and only 1 realtor who can match to my thoroughness and expertise. A well known, top notch broker from Toronto.

He admitted too and he was so eager to hire me as his assistant few years ago.

I could not do that unfortunately, I was and still i am a busy person doing my "own things" , besides i have no time to take a realtor's course...at least not up to now.

My agent this time is Julie, my friend and we have been friends for years.

The only reason i hire her is simply because she is not busy as a realtor and she has so many expenses.

I have decided to help her with my full heart, even though i am the only one who has to work hard but that's ok.

She is busy with her family. Her mom is currently sick and i am here to help her ease the financial burden of taking care of her mom.

Anyway, I am so excited!

I will go for my morning swim and will drive to Winnipeg this afternoon.
